1. Seller and contact

2. Eligibility and website use

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to provide accurate information. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in your location. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful payment activity, or use store content in a misleading or infringing way.

3. Listings, prices, and order acceptance

The product page is part of the order terms and should state the exact format, edition, device scope, compatibility, license source or channel, price, delivery method, and important limitations. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout; taxes may apply.

An order is accepted only after payment approval and fulfillment review. We may request reasonable verification, correct an obvious listing or pricing error, reject suspected fraud, or cancel an order we cannot lawfully fulfill. A captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned through the original payment method.

4. Digital-product format

No physical box, disc, computer, or installation media is shipped. Available products may include a transferable activation key or redemption code when accurately described and lawfully sourced. Wavo Key does not sell or transfer credentials for a pre-created third-party account. Customers must not assume that a key works with a different edition, device, region, or account than the listing states.

You are responsible for checking system requirements, installed edition, region, device limit, subscription term where applicable, and software-provider terms before ordering. Windows 10 Home and Pro reached end of support on October 14, 2025; any Windows 10 listing must display that limitation.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by the method selected at checkout under that provider’s terms. Digital delivery is sent to the checkout email after payment approval and any required review. Delivery timing can be affected by payment review, incorrect customer information, provider outages, or security checks. See the Digital Delivery Policy.

6. Cancellations, support, and refunds

Because a digital code cannot be returned once disclosed, refund eligibility depends on fulfillment status and the reason for the request. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. See the Digital Product Refund Policy for the review process.

7. License and acceptable use

A purchase does not transfer ownership of software or a trademark. You receive only the right represented by the delivered code and the applicable software-provider terms. Do not share, resell, duplicate, publish, reverse engineer, or use a product to bypass activation, access, security, geographic, or account controls.

8. Copyright, trademarks, and non-affiliation

Wavo Key site text, layout, and original artwork may not be copied or republished without permission. Third-party names are used in plain text only to identify the relevant product or compatibility. Microsoft, Windows, and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Other marks belong to their respective owners. Microsoft names, logos, and product artwork may be displayed under the reseller and brand authorization represented by Wavokey Inc. Wavokey Inc does not claim ownership of Microsoft trademarks or imply rights beyond that authorization.

Rights holders can use the Intellectual Property Notice to report a concern.

9. Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted website or provider availability. To the extent permitted by law, Wavo Key is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party service changes, unsupported hardware, or a customer’s failure to review disclosed requirements. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.

10. Changes and applicable law

These Terms may be updated for future use of the site. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless law requires otherwise. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction continue to apply.
