Unless otherwise stated, the Wavo Key name, site copy, layout, and original product artwork are owned by or licensed to Wavo Key. They may not be copied, republished, scraped, or used to imply another store is connected with Wavo Key without permission.
2. Third-party names and marks
Third-party product names are used only to identify the relevant product, edition, or compatibility. Microsoft, Windows, and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Other product and company names are the property of their respective owners.
3. Microsoft reseller authorization
Wavokey Inc represents that it holds current Microsoft authorization to resell the Microsoft products and licensing identified on this website and to use the associated approved brand assets. Wavo Key is operated by Wavokey Inc and is not the Microsoft Store. Microsoft trademarks and artwork remain the property of Microsoft, and no authorization beyond the stated reseller and brand rights is claimed.
4. Reporting an intellectual-property concern
A rights holder or authorized representative may email [email protected] with “Intellectual property notice” in the subject line. Please identify the protected work or mark, the exact page or material at issue, your contact details and authority to act, the requested action, and a statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith.

5. Review process
Wavo Key may request clarification, temporarily restrict the material or product while reviewing it, preserve relevant records, contact the supplier, and remove or correct material when appropriate. A notice does not automatically establish ownership or infringement, and knowingly false reports may have legal consequences.
